Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad šŸ„—

Ingredients (forĀ 4Ā servings)

  • 10 ozĀ farfalle pasta(285Ā g), "bow-tie" pasta

  • 3 breastsĀ chicken

  • 3 tablespoonsĀ olive oil

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 2 headsĀ romaine lettuce, cut into 1-2 inch (3cm - 5cm) pieces

  • 1 cupĀ grape tomatoes(200Ā g), cut in half

  • 1 cupĀ crouton(30Ā g)

  • parmesan cheese, to taste

  • Ā¾ cupĀ caesar dressing(190Ā g)


Preparation

  1. Boil water, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions. Drain water, and let the pasta chill.

  2. Meanwhile, season each of the chicken breasts with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill for six to eight minutes on each side. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

  4. In a large bowl combine pasta, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, croutons, parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently.
